What is an Agent Report Card?

An Agent Report Card grades a real estate agent’s last 12 months against their local market in seven areas: production, pricing accuracy, speed to contract, price range reach, neighborhood focus, online reviews and online listing presentation. Each grade comes with three next steps. Reports are private to the agent, and thin data is flagged honestly instead of dressed up.
