What is a Listing Launch Kit?
A Listing Launch Kit is a complete marketing plan for one home. A real estate agent enters the listing address and gets a pricing check from recent sales, a buyer profile based on price, financing and where buyers in that price range are moving from, ranked ZIP codes for mailers, and the marketing itself: ads, twelve social posts, a flyer, a just-listed postcard and a weekly seller update. It works for listings anywhere in the U.S.

Where the numbers come from
real data for every listing
Nationwide coverage, so the kit works wherever your next listing is.
Sales history, property details and value estimates for 150+ million U.S. homes.
Prices, days on market and inventory for your ZIP codes and price ranges.
Household income, age of housing, owners versus renters and commute patterns by ZIP.
Which counties people are moving into your market from, and how many.
We never use data on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability or family status to decide who a home is for or who sees an ad. How we handle Fair Housing
The kit is written to follow the Fair Housing Act. Copy describes homes, prices and goals, never who should live somewhere. Ads are built for Meta’s housing ad category, which means no age, gender or ZIP code targeting and at least a 15-mile radius. Every piece carries Equal Housing Opportunity, and every caption runs through our Fair Housing check. You remain responsible for your state’s advertising rules. How we handle Fair Housing
questions agents ask
What is a Listing Launch Kit?
A complete marketing plan for one listing: a pricing check, a buyer profile, ranked ZIP codes for mailers, ads, twelve social posts, a flyer, a just-listed postcard and a weekly seller update, all branded to you.
Does the Listing Launch Kit work outside my state?
Yes. It uses nationwide property records, sales and listing data, U.S. Census data and IRS migration data, so it works for a listing in any U.S. market.
How is the buyer profile built, and is it Fair Housing compliant?
It is built from the home’s price, likely financing, local sales and where buyers in that price range are moving from. It never uses race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability or family status, and the copy describes the home, not who should live there.
Can I use the ZIP codes to target Facebook and Instagram ads?
No. Meta’s housing ad category does not allow ZIP code, age or gender targeting and requires a radius of at least 15 miles. Use the ranked ZIP codes for postcards, door-knocking and local posts, and run paid ads by radius.
Can I use it in a listing appointment?
Yes. Agents use the pricing check and launch plan to show sellers exactly how the home will be marketed before they sign.
