Realty Marketing Suite provides tools, templates, sample copy, data and AI-assisted drafts. Members are solely responsible for anything they create, edit, post, send, print, publish or share, and for making sure it is accurate and complies with fair housing, licensing, advertising, MLS, brokerage, lending, privacy, telemarketing, texting, email and platform rules that apply to them. AMXW Enterprises, LLC is not liable for any member’s content, marketing, advertising, outreach or transactions.

Not a brokerage, not advice

Realty Marketing Suite is a marketing service, not a real estate brokerage or mortgage lender. Nothing on this site or in the Service is legal, tax, financial, appraisal or brokerage advice. Consult your managing broker, compliance department, attorney or other licensed professional for advice about your situation.

Data and reports are estimates

Market snapshots, comparable sales, buyer profiles, Listing Autopsies, seller updates, net sheets and report cards use third-party and public data that can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are market data summaries for discussion and marketing, not appraisals, broker price opinions or opinions of value, and not recommendations to list, buy, sell or price any property. Net sheet figures are estimates; the final numbers come from the settlement statement. Verify every figure before relying on it or sharing it.

AI-generated content

Some content is drafted by artificial intelligence. It can contain errors and may resemble content created for others. Review, edit and fact-check everything before you use it.

Fair Housing tools are a helper, not a guarantee

No guaranteed results

We do not promise any number of leads, listings, sales, followers, search or AI rankings, or income. Examples and sample numbers on this site are for illustration only.

Photos, names and trademarks

Stock photos are for illustration and show models, homes and places that are not connected to any listing or member. Third-party names and trademarks (including Redfin, Zillow, Meta, Instagram, ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity and REALTOR®) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or data sources; their use does not imply endorsement.

Outreach to property owners

Expired or withdrawn listings may still be under a listing agreement. Before contacting any owner, members must verify status and follow Do Not Call, text consent, MLS, brokerage and state solicitation rules, and include any required disclaimers.

Lenders and title partners

Lenders must add required NMLS and Equal Housing Lender disclosures and follow advertising rules. Nothing in the Service may be offered or exchanged in a way that violates RESPA Section 8 or state rules on things of value for referrals.
