The Proof Sheet · All 50 states
your numbers.
your market.
proof that sells
Paste your Zillow or Realtor.com link, or add your own sales. See how your price and speed compare with the neighborhoods you sell in, then share it in branded posts, farming postcards and a listing presentation page.
What is the Proof Sheet?
The Proof Sheet turns a real estate agent’s closed sales into shareable proof. Paste a Zillow or Realtor.com profile link, or paste or upload your own sales from a spreadsheet, screenshot or PDF. It compares your homes sold, sales volume, sale-to-list price and days on market with the ZIP codes you sell in and with the typical agent nationwide, then builds branded social posts, stories and a listing presentation page. Every number carries its source and date.

questions agents ask
What is the Proof Sheet?
Branded, shareable proof of an agent’s closed sales: homes sold, volume, sale-to-list price and days on market compared with the ZIP codes they sell in and the typical agent nationwide.
How do I add my sales?
Paste your Zillow or Realtor.com profile link, search by name, or paste rows from your MLS or a spreadsheet. You can also upload a CSV or Excel file, a screenshot or a PDF of your sales.
Why add my own sales if my profile is public?
Public profiles show sold prices and dates. Your own records add list prices and days on market, which is what lets us compare your pricing and speed with your area.
Can I use these in ads and listing presentations?
Yes. Each design includes the data source and date range. Check the numbers against your MLS and follow your state, brokerage and MLS rules for production claims.
Can I mail it to my farm?
Yes. Pick a farm ZIP code and one of four postcard designs (My results, Market update, Just sold, What is it worth?). Download print-ready front and back files with bleed in 6 x 9 for your own list or 6.25 x 11 for USPS Every Door Direct Mail. A 12-month farm plan rotates the designs and adds design and mail-drop reminders to your calendar, and each card carries a QR code tagged by month so you can see which ones bring in scans.
What if I do not have many sales yet?
Stats only show when the data supports them, and thin data is flagged, so you never share a number you cannot stand behind.
